Assets or Investments that Outperform My Coffee Website

First, let me put my own cards on the table.

My asset is a website called CoffeeDetective.com.

In total, my expenses for the site are about $450 a year. Plus my time. I spend maybe one or two hours a week working on the site.

My income from the site averages $4,000 a month, or $48,000 a year. If I subtract the $450, I’m left with $47,550 a year in net income. (more…)
